We are seeking an experienced and people-oriented Learning and Development Manager to lead the design and delivery of high impact development initiatives across our dynamic and fast paced organisation.
Requirements
- Experience in Learning and Development within online gambling, gaming, fintech, or similarly regulated digital environments
- Proven track record of designing and delivering leadership and performance programmes that drive measurable business impact
- Experience working across multiple offices and culturally diverse teams
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to command a room and energise participants
- Demonstrated experience embedding mentorship and coaching frameworks
- Commercial acumen and ability to link development initiatives to revenue, retention, productivity, and engagement outcomes
- Experience leveraging AI products together with internal data to inform and design development priorities
