Requirements
- Speak and write fluently in Scandinavian languages and English
- Enjoy multitasking and have strong problem-solving skills
- Be comfortable working shifts (including some nights)
- Have an interest in using AI tools to boost efficiency
- Have previous customer service experience (that's a bonus!)
