The role involves delivering excellent service in every interaction, handling complex issues, and working with AI tools to boost efficiency.

Requirements

• Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
• Enjoy multitasking and have strong problem-solving skills
• Be comfortable working shifts (including some nights)
• Have an interest in using AI tools to boost efficiency
• Have previous customer service experience
