We are developing a non-invasive neuromonitoring technology that will result in a new era of clinical brain monitoring. As a Product Support Technician, you will help assemble, maintain, and troubleshoot prototype systems across electronic, software, and mechanical domains.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an engineering technician, product support technician, manufacturing technician, or similar hands-on role.
- Strong proficiency with lab tools (oscilloscope, DMM, PSU, etc.) and general test/measurement practices.
- Solid soldering skills, including board rework and wiring/cable assembly.
- Ability to follow and help improve technical documentation, including work instructions and test procedures.
- Hands-on aptitude with mechanical assembly, hand tools, and troubleshooting.
- Strong organisation, documentation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with optics, optical alignment, or optical instrumentation (a plus but not required).
- Experience supporting prototype hardware or small-batch builds.
- Familiarity with electronics fundamentals and basic embedded/software concepts.
- Experience in medical devices, regulated industries, or ISO 13485 environments.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, or other documentation systems.
