Requirements
- 0–2 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Community Engagement
- Strong communication skills and a 'help-first' mentality
- Willingness to travel to industry events
- Experience with (or ability to quickly learn) Zoom, Loom, Canva, and CRM tools like HubSpot
