Creator Senior Account Manager

As part of our Creator Solutions team, you'll drive growth and engagement across a portfolio of creator-affiliate programs. You'll partner closely with brands across industries to design and scale performance-led creator strategies that deliver real results.

Requirements

• Lead and manage client relationships across a portfolio of accounts
• Analyse campaign performance and manage reporting
• Develop data-driven creator strategies
• Partner with clients as a trusted advisor
• Cultivate client relationships
• Become an expert on impact.com and assist top clients
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Community teams
• Supervise Sr Associates and Leads activities
