Job Description
Payment Systems Analyst - Bank Operations: provide high touch technical support, monitor and resolve customer service file issues, and serve as a liaison between business lines and ensure departmental controls are followed.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Agile project methodology
- Microsoft Visio or other equivalent process flow-charting tool
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate presentation skills
- Ability to analyze details and translate technical/non-technical terminology
- Ability to build relationships across business, functions, and IT stakeholders
