Job Description
We are seeking a Process Improvement Project Manager to deliver project and process improvements that increase efficiency and support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, analytical skills, and ability to think strategically.
Requirements
- Manage projects from initiation through completion
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and adherence to defined project methodologies
- Coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams
- Analyze operations and conduct strategic and process assessments
- Facilitate process mapping sessions and lead redesign efforts
- Proactively manage risks and issues
- Communicate progress and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders
- Design and maintain performance dashboards and operational reporting
