Customer Service Representative

At CMC, we're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a representative, you'll provide recommendations, price/job quoting, and enter sales orders for customers. You'll also assist with maintaining showroom displays, tracking sales orders, and performing additional duties as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience (knowledge of construction related products a plus)
• Proficient level of computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer/Chrome)
• Decision making abilities with excellent customer service in verbal and written communication
• Bilingual verbal and written communication in English-Spanish (preferred)
• Ability to use personal vehicle for occasional deliveries
