Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative needed to provide support to end-users, process orders, and collaborate with internal departments. Excellent customer service and communication skills required. Bilingual in English-Spanish preferred.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in customer facing role
• Proficient level of computer skills; MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer/Chrome
• Decision making abilities with excellent customer service in verbal and written communication
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual verbal and written communication in English-Spanish preferred
