Join CMC as a Learning & Development Partner to accelerate performance, leadership readiness, and organizational effectiveness. Collaborate with business leaders and HR to diagnose capability needs and co-create learning strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in L&D, Talent Development, Organizational Development or a related consulting-oriented role
• Professional certifications (ATD, APTD, CPTD, SHRM or similar) are a plus
• Prior people leadership experience is a plus
