L&D Business Partner

The Regional Learning & Development Business Partner is a people leader responsible for delivering a regional portfolio of learning programs aligned to business priorities. This role partners closely with the Regional HR Vice President, Director of L&D, and regional subject matter experts to identify needs, design solutions, and deliver measurable business impact.

Requirements

• Partner with Region leadership, region HR Vice President, and Director L&D to identify, create and implement developmental solutions to meet region needs
• Develop internal network of SMEs to effectively and efficiently develop and deliver technical and non-technical training content across the region
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of L&D professionals; build a high-trust, collaborative team culture; set clear expectations; provide ongoing feedback; delegate and empower ownership; hold people accountable to standards
• Conduct structured intake with business leaders to identify learning needs; define success metrics, and connect solutions to business ROI
• Ensure region L&D needs are being met by utilizing the following skills: Instructional Design, Training Delivery, Manage Learning Programs, Learning Technology, Training Support
