Learning & Development Business Partner

At Hasbro, we're looking for a Learning & Development Business Partner to develop and build high-impact development experiences that translate strategy into action and unlock performance at scale across our organization.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Development, or HR Business Partnering.
• Demonstrated experience consulting with senior leaders to diagnose needs and develop targeted development solutions.
• Strong facilitation skills and executive presence; experience leading sessions for Director-level audiences.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into structured, actionable learning solutions.
• Experience crafting and delivering custom leadership workshops and team interventions.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrixed organization.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and constantly evolving environments.
• Data fluency and ability to assess impact and iterate accordingly.
