Job Description
CMC is looking for a Plant Superintendent to lead safe and efficient plant operations, ensuring the production of high-quality precast products. The ideal candidate will have up to five years of supervisory experience in a concrete manufacturing environment and excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Up to five (5) years of supervisory experience in a concrete manufacturing environment
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Excellent planning, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of industrial equipment and manufacturing processes, including process-improvement methods
- Experience with concrete batch design; ACI certification preferred
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
