Requirements

• Student and enrolled at Dutch learning institution with valid work authorization for the EU
• Fluent in Dutch
• Good English skills, with additional languages (French, Dutch) a plus
• Proactive and willing to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Solution-oriented attitude and high level of service
• Interest in client-facing and technical aspects of customer experience
• Creative writing skills and attention to detail
