Job Description
We're looking for a Customer Success Intern to join our team in Amsterdam and work on making our SMB segment scalable. You'll design onboarding flows, create activation materials, and support the scaling of our support function.
Requirements
- Currently studying towards an HBO or WO degree in Business, Communication, Psychology, or a related field
- Structured, analytical mindset
- Proactive and comfortable with tools like Notion, Google Workspace, or similar
- Clear communicator in both Dutch and English
- Available for 6–7 months from our Amsterdam office
