Job Description
Commonshare is a Kingdom driven pharmaceutical enterprise focused on improved health through medication access and adherence, especially for vulnerable populations. This position requires a highly motivated Pharmacist In Charge to provide patient care, support pharmacy operations, and contribute to the company's mission of providing accessible and affordable medications. The role involves handling controlled substances, serving as a liaison between pharmacy personnel and other stakeholders, and contributing to operational improvement.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy with Bachelor's or advanced degree.
- Currently maintain a license in the State of practice as a Pharmacist.
- Demonstrated competence in effective communications skills and customer relations.
- Unrestricted ability to fill Medicaid and Medicare prescriptions.
- Demonstrated ability and desire to communicate effectively with customers, associates, other health professionals and the community at large.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule consistent with a stimulating mission driven environment.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and provide direction to associates.
- High levels of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
