Pharmacist

River Valley Family Health Centers is looking for an experienced Pharmacist to provide support in our Delta Pharmacy. The Pharmacist plays a critical role in improving access to affordable medications and promoting health equity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university
• Doctor of Pharmacy; active State Pharmacist License
• BLS certification
• Immunization certification
• Knowledge of safety and clinical standards
• Ability to maintain positive working relationships with team members, patients, families, and others
• Ability to utilize a computer for time keeping, documenting electronic medical records, and to complete follow-up tasks
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet job requirements
