• Proven experience as an engineering manager or similar leadership role in a fast-paced environment.
• Full stack technology experience including React, Nextjs, Typescript, JavaScript, Node.
• Experience in cloud technology including AWS.
• Proven expertise in architecture and system design.
• Track record of successfully leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
• Experience in scaling technology for high-growth products.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Project administration and managing high performing teams.
