Job Description
DBSync is looking for an Engineering Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the engineering department. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a strategic mindset to drive innovation and ensure the successful delivery of engineering projects. They will work directly with the CEO/CTO and will be responsible for making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company.
Requirements

- Technical expertise
- Strategic mindset
- Experience with AWS, Frontend HTML, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Java, design patterns, UML, XML, web services, databases such as MYSQL, SQL Server with complex queries.
- Prior experience as an Architect will be a plus
- Experience in team handling / project management
- Willingness to work on multiple platforms/domains such as ecommerce, SaaS, CRM
