Job Description
Youth Outreach Specialist responsible for providing comprehensive services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness, including connecting them to health, housing, and social services, and advocating on their behalf to obtain essential services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with two years of related experience
- Ability to engage with individuals experiencing homelessness and connect them to resources
- Strong interpersonal, decision-making, problem-solving, oral, and written skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple, complex projects and think strategically
