Job Description
Commonwealth Fusion Systems is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality across the production line. The role involves close collaboration with design engineers, production staff, quality assurance, and supply chain teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality systems
- Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) and manufacturing ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
