Job Description
Commonwealth Rolled Products is seeking an IT Specialist to provide support services to local and remote employees with IT issues involving desktops, laptops, software, mobile devices or network services. The position requires independent analyses, communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include participating in maintaining a zero-incident safety culture, living and championing the Commonwealth Rolled Products core values, and providing timely resolution to technical support requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/MIS/Information Technology
- 2+ years' experience in an IT role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate technical issues to a non-technical audience
- Aptitude to coordinate at multiple levels
