Mueller Water Products, Inc. is seeking an IT Services Specialist to provide technical support to the company's user community, including executive staff and the C-Suite team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, and facilitating the onboarding of new hires.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in an IT support role, with a proven track record of resolving a wide range of technical issues
- Experience providing IT support to executive teams, with excellent communication skills and discretion
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems, with experience in IT Asset Management
- Familiarity with service desk operating procedures and IT service management (ITSM) best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management
- Certifications in relevant IT technologies (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL) are preferred
