Job Description
CommScope is looking to add a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team in Juarez Chih., Mex. The successful candidate will support and promote the execution and implementation of continuous process improvement projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field
- 3 years of experience in Continuous Process or Manufacturing Engineering Environment
- Proficient in English language (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in implementing Six Sigma projects
- VSM (Value Stream Mapping)
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma Tools
- Experience leading Projects
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PPT)
- Able to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment, proactive
- Shift availability (rotating shifts)
