Job Description
The EHR Trainer is responsible for preparing, implementing, and maintaining training materials and programs based on knowledge of identified training needs, clinic operations, or changes in procedures or services. The trainer provides ongoing support and shadowing for new personnel and assists with ongoing EHR navigation, clinical skills, and workflow training for existing staff.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years in a primary healthcare or specialty setting
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with EMR/EHR
- Ability to work independently
- Work collaboratively with colleagues of various education levels
- Ability to travel from site to site within various counties using personal vehicle
