Day Program Lead Skills Instructor

The Day Program Lead Skills Instructor is responsible for teaching adaptive daily living skills to individuals with developmental disabilities, overseeing other employees, and developing supervisory skills.

Requirements

• High School diploma required (BA degree in Human Services or related field preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities is preferred
• A passion and dedication to supporting our people is a must
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
• Must pass company background and reference checks
