Program Coordinator

The position is responsible for promoting and protecting the human and civil rights of individuals served in the program, reviewing and obtaining sign-offs on individual rights with providers on an annual basis, and completing annual assessments and actively participating in the Individual Support Plan (ISP) process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in special education, psychology, rehabilitation, social work, or other Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) field
• Minimum of two (2) years’ of experience working directly with the IDD population
• Certified Investigator within one year of start date
