Job Description

The Program Coordinator will proactively promote and protect the human and civil rights of individuals served, learn and master licensing regulations, and communicate with the Life Sharing management team regarding client care concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in special education, psychology, rehabilitation, social work, or other Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) field
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience working directly with the IDD population
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
