Job Description
Community Access Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Portland, OR to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community based setting.
Requirements
- Develop meaningful, person-centered relationships
- Assist with daily living activities
- Support individuals in community participation, recreation, and appointments
- Follow individualized support plans
- Administer medications safely and keep accurate records
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
