Job Description
Community Access Services (CAS) is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Job Coach to provide on-site support to an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities, promoting long-term independence in the workplace.
Requirements
- Experience in direct support, caregiving, coaching, or human services
- Valid driver’s license and ability to become an approved company driver
- Ability to pass a national background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist as needed
