Job Description
Job Coach position at Community Access Services in The Dalles, OR to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community-based employment settings, with no experience required and paid training provided.
Requirements
- Provide individualized support to individuals at their workplaces
- Assist with learning and performing job tasks and daily work routines
- Encourage independence, confidence, and professionalism on the job
- Support communication and positive interactions with coworkers and supervisors
- Help individuals build workplace skills such as organization, time management, and problem-solving
- Maintain accurate documentation related to support and progress
- Promote safe, inclusive, and respectful work environments
- Serve as a positive role model and advocate for individual needs and preferences
