Participates in the development and coordination of training programs for members, which enhance Quality of Life and increase independence. Provides direct supervision and training to members utilizing normalization principles.
Requirements
- High School diploma required with minimum two years of college in psychology, special education, or human services field preferred
- Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities preferred
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Maintains program standards of operation and development.
- Ensures members' health, safety and welfare, including appropriate medication administration.
- Provides appropriate direct supports to members.
