Community Access Unlimited (CAU), celebrating its 45th anniversary in 2024, delivers comprehensive support services that enable individuals with disabilities, at-risk youth, and low-income residents to live independently and participate fully in their communities. Each year, CAU serves more than 3,000 people across housing, employment, life-skills, money management, socialization, and civic engagement programs. Responsible for ensuring safety of members on the overnight shift, providing crisis intervention and/or counseling, administering and documenting medications, and maintaining program standards of operation and development.
