Job Description
Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Peer Support Specialist to provide support to individuals experiencing substance use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. The PSS will work in conjunction with a multi-disciplinary team to provide care and transition patients to the most appropriate level of care. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate Degree or higher preferred
- Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders required
- Health Care related experience preferred but not required
- Valid identification required
- Certified Peer Support Specialist certification required for Screening and Assessment programs
