CTI Specialist

Greater Nashua Mental Health is looking for a full-time CTI Specialist to join our Critical Time Intervention Team. The CTI Specialist supports clients in critical transition from hospital level care into the community.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or relevant degree
• 1-2 years of experience
• Knowledge of factors and effects of behavioral health disorders
• Knowledge of up-to-date principles and techniques of case management and functional support
• Ability to manage crises and connect clients with available and appropriate interventions and community resources
• Ability to establish and maintain effective therapeutic and professional relationships with clients served, family members, and behavioral health providers
• Strong collaborating skills, and an ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, and be flexible with regard to workload and assignments
• Ability to exercise judgment
• Familiarity with community resources
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Email, Word, EXCEL)
• Active driver's license and automobile with liability insurance in the agency's minimum amounts
