Greater Nashua Mental Health is seeking a Second Shift Coordinator to join their Emergency Services team. The Coordinator will work 2nd shift and weekend shifts to assist the Emergency Services Program Manager in managing the team, providing crisis intervention contacts, and completing administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or similar field
- Licensed NH LCMHC or LICSW preferred
- 3 to 5 years related work experience
- Knowledge of Crisis Intervention services, risk assessment/management, trauma informed care principles, and integrated treatment for co-occurring disorders
- Knowledge of NH involuntary admission criteria and conditional discharge revocation processes
- Knowledge of family dynamics and systems theory
- Knowledge of Rapid Response Access point system
- Leadership ability in work setting
- Flexible, willing to learn, and anticipates the needs of self and staff
- Strong collaborating skills, and an ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines; high energy, self-motivated and proactive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to interact with community stakeholders (e.g. school personnel, pediatricians) to promote department and agency programs
- Ability to coach/teach effectively
- Ability to multitask, and be flexible with regard to workload and assignments
- Ability to exercise judgment. Ability to problem solve and exercise judgment
- Ability to analyze and develop statistical data
- Strong organization skills and ability to see a project through timely
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Email, Word, EXCEL)
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile with liability insurance in the amount required by agency policy
