Job Description
Support users of all clinical information systems, coordinate planning and implementation of projects, and assist with research and development of training programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1 year experience in EHR support
- Minimum 2 years + proven experience in delivery of training programs in a healthcare environment
- Certified in Epic ASAP modules
- Experience in healthcare and clinical systems application build and training preferred
- Experience with physicians and physician training preferred
- Knowledge of Epic systems, data structures, and application software
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of supported hardware and software
- Interpersonal/human relations skills
- Ability to communicate technical guidance and instruction at the End User level
