Job Description
CHC/SEK is seeking a Physician to provide preventive, diagnostic, and treatment services to patients. The role involves patient care, management of chronic conditions, referral of patients, and participation in quality improvement initiatives. The position requires complete and comprehensive outpatient care and collaboration with other providers within the organization.
Requirements
- Full licensure to practice medicine in the State of Kansas and/or Oklahoma.
- Graduation from an accredited school of medicine.
- Board Certified in appropriate specialty.
