Registration Clerk I (12-hour shifts)

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate patient data entry, and coordinating patient flow. The role may vary with clinic site and may be the first interaction patients have with the Community Health Center.

• Provides exceptional customer service in a timely and efficient manner
• Obtain required patient consents and demographic information
• Collect and process patient payments
• Discuss financial assistance options and ensure applications are complete
