Job Description
CHC/SEK Nurse Education Specialist develops, coordinates, and delivers training programs for nursing staff and clinical teams. The role focuses on creating educational materials, conducting hands-on training, assessing competency, and supporting clinical standards. This position fosters professional growth and enhances patient care through mentoring and instructional delivery.
Requirements
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Kansas and Oklahoma (or multistate RN license)
- 1-2 years of training experience in using an EHR
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in electronic health records
- Passion for teaching and mentoring
- Knowledge of patient care rationale
