The Patient Services Representative provides high-quality customer service to patients, co-workers, and visitors, and efficiently manages clinical patient flow, patient registration, and coordination with clinical staff.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior experience in a related field preferred
- High-level customer service skills
- Good computer skills, including accurate data entry and Microsoft Office products
- Ability to convey detailed information clearly
- Self-motivation, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to handle a fast-paced and changing environment
- Willingness to work in a variety of locations and service lines
