Job Description
Drives customer loyalty and provides excellent customer service to our customers (Medicare members and providers). Works closely with other departments to respond to Medicare member concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a Health or Human Services Field
- Two years of experience in Customer Service (preferably in the health care industry)
- Bilingual English/Spanish, English/Vietnamese, or English/Arabic
