Job Description

Requirements
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree plus completion of required intern hours
- WA Pharmacist license
- Certification to administer vaccines
- Pharmacy Preceptor license
- BLS card
- Bilingual Spanish/English
