CEO/CNO at ContinueCARE Hospital

The CEO/CNO provides leadership, strategic guidance, and management direction to all aspects of the hospital's operations, ensuring compliance with the hospital's mission, vision, values, goals, and applicable laws and regulations. Responsible for providing, managing, and supervising the clinical staff, ensuring safe and quality patient care, and developing and managing a financially sound annual operating budget and long-term capital expenditure plan.

Requirements

• Masters Degree in a healthcare related field or the equivalent in education and experience
• 5-7 years progressively more responsible experience at the senior administrative level
• Minimum of three years of direct patient care experience in a post-acute or acute care setting
• Current unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Kentucky
