Job Description
Regency Hospital is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead our critical illness recovery hospital. As a clinical leader, you will collaborate with the CEO and HR leader to tackle problems and enhance the employee and patient experience.
Requirements
- BSN degree
- MSN or equivalent Masters in Healthcare or enrollment in a Master's program
- Three to Five years of hospital nursing experience
- Three or more years' experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
