Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)

Select Specialty Hospital - Memphis East is looking for a Chief Nursing Officer to lead their critical illness recovery hospital. The CNO will be responsible for providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing a superior patient and employee experience and be an inventive problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• BSN degree required
• MSN or equivalent Master's degree in Healthcare or enrollment in a Master's program
• Three to Five years of hospital nursing experience
• Three or more years' experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
