Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)

We are looking for a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead our clinical team and provide world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients. As a CNO, you will be responsible for collaborating with senior leaders, resolving staffing ratios, and improving the quality of care.

Requirements

• BSN required
• MSN or equivalent Masters in Healthcare or enrollment in a Master's program required
• Three to Five years of hospital nursing experience required
• Three or more years' experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity preferred
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse required
• BLS required
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire
