Charge RN, Labor and Delivery

The Charge RN, Labor and Delivery at Clovis Community Medical Center is responsible for daily oversight and supportive resourcing of the clinical staff and management of patient care. They serve as the primary liaison for the assigned care area with physicians, staff, patients, and families.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
• 2 years of experience as a staff RN in Labor and Delivery
• 6 months of experience as a Relief Charge RN or in a team leadership role
• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in California
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Life Support OB (ALS-OB) certification within 180 days of hire
• Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) Course within 6 months of hire
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within 6 months of hire
• Oncology Nursing Society Chemotherapy/Biotherapy (ONSCHEMO) certification within 6 months of hire
• Certified Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) certification within 1 year of hire
