Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Secretary to provide administrative support to Vice Presidents and their reporting leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience with strategic scheduling, confidentiality, communication, critical thinking, multitasking, and mentorship.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of administrative support experience
- Advanced use of Microsoft 365
- Experience managing executive reports
- Experience managing agreements and tracking expiration timelines
- Experience managing invoices and accounts payable
